for marketing, profiling or commercial gain.
6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject, by applying to the Firm you may exercise the

- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties — in Türkiye or abroad — to whom your data has been transferred,
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction actions be communicated to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result that arises against you based on automated processing,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

"Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to
